Intel Pays 1.25B Settlement to AMD in Anti-Trust Lawsuit

Yesterday, Intel decided to get at least one monkey off their back with a ginormous settlement to their main rival, AMD. The settlement is certainly notable, but will this actually lead to a more competitive marketplace?
