Where Can I Rent A Laptop Cheaply For Personal Use In The Baltimore Area?

I’ve done some searching, and the sites I found were mostly for commercial/business use. What I am looking for is a place to rent a laptop for personal use, hopefully below $70. I intend to rent a laptop for four to five days, starting from two days from question posting time.
